Delivery time 2-5 working days

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a refund if your product is new and has any issue. If the product is used, you have 7 days to request a refund. Refunds are processed via Vodafone Cash or Instapay.

For products with manufacturing defects, you must provide a clear video recording of the unboxing process as proof.
